Its application, Orbit Diagnostic Immo, calculates each price from the firm's own rate grid, freezes the quote when it is issued, and lets the client accept it online through a personal link — a time-stamped, traced acceptance, not an electronic signature. It schedules appointments by technician, produces the mission order, numbers invoices without gaps and issues receipts.
